Session 1: Present the progress made to date and the current set of KPIs for the Working Groups – Unit Economics, Portfolio Quality, and Overall KPI Coherency. Identify the challenges that need to be resolved per working group to reach the final set of KPIs.
Session 2: Interactive workshop to solve final outstanding challenges per Working Group.
Session 3: Summarize session output and review next steps to reach final set of KPIs.
